Shipping Policy
We currently ship to the United States.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time: 15–25 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Cost: $10.00 flat rate for all orders to the United States.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@formandzen.com and we will investigate.
